HYBRID POLICY – Refunds will ONLY be issued if you do not receive your course within the timeframe listed in our registration policy of 48 hours. Please note, you MUST contact me to inform me you have not received your link within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for refund. Occasionally, the course email may end up in spam folder and be missed. **
IN PERSON CLASS POLICY – All in person class registrations are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Cancellations or changes requested within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for full refund. After this period, all sales are final. We understand unexpected situations can arise. In the event of extenuating circumstances, students are welcome to reschedule to another class date within 45 days of originally scheduled date or transfer registration to the hybrid option ($5 extra cost). We ask for at least 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your scheduled class. Failure to attend scheduled class without notifying will result in forfeiture of registration fee and requires new payment to attend another date.

Lubbock CPR website collects your basic personal information (Name, Phone, Email and Address and Billing) during registrations. This information is provided voluntarily by customer during registration. LubbockCPR will not share your personal information without outside sources without consent from user.
