  • Q: Where can I find the Texas Good Samaritan Law?

  • A: It is coveredin the Texas CIVIL PRACTICE & REMEDIES CODE, CHAPTER 74.
    MEDICAL LIABILITY, SUBCHAPTER D. EMERGENCY CARE.


  • Q: Does the Basic CPR class contain Adult, Child and Infant CPR information?

  • A: Yes, our Basic CPR instructs the student on all three age group- Adult, child and  
    Infant CPR.

  • Q: Will the Basic CPR/AED and First Course meet the requirements for Childcare,
    Foster Parenting or Adopting Parents?

  • A: Yes, our course met or exceed the requires set by the Texas Department of
    Family and Protective Services, Childcare Licensing, Foster and Adoption Services.

  • Q: Will the Basic CPR/AED class met the requirements for Nursing Students,Health
    care Provider, Dental Office, Physician Office, etc?

  • A: No, it will not.  That course is for non health care or the public.  We offer the
    American Heart Association Health care Provider course that will meet those
    requirements.

  • Q: Do your training courses meet/exceed Texas/Federal requirements for CPR,
    AED and/or First Aid Training?

  • A: Yes, all of our courses meet/exceed the appropriate licensing agencies.

  • Q: Can you come to our location and teach a class?

  • A: Yes, all of our courses can be brought to your location.  The maybe a minimum
    number of participants or mileage depending on the location.  We will try our best to
    accommodate your needs for safety training.

  • Q: If I only need CPR or First Aid, is there a way to take only what I need during a
    Combonation CPR/First Aid Class.

  • A: Yes, just let us know that you only need one subject and we can fit you in to the
    sibject you need.
